In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn about the common steps involved in launching a business, including forming an LLC, registering with the Louisiana Secretary of State, obtaining occupational licenses, setting up business banking, and understanding different business structure considerations.
The session will also highlight the importance of building a strong network of professionals and partners to support long-term success, including bankers, CPAs, business attorneys, insurance providers, industry associations, and other trusted advisors. Participants will leave with practical resources, helpful guidance, and a clearer understanding of the process of starting and growing a business.
