The St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us for a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony as we celebrate the second anniversary of Balloons Creations By Liz and the exciting relocation of their store to a brand-new location at 1201 E Judge Perez Drive, right next to Chalmette High School.

The Ribbon-Cutting will take place on Friday, November 21, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Balloons Creations By Liz, 1201 E Judge Perez Dr, Chalmette, LA 70043.

This double celebration marks two years of creativity, community, and success for Balloons Creations By Liz, and now a fresh start in a new space. Join us, along with St. Bernard Parish Government, Chamber members, and community leaders, as we honor this milestone.
