Join the St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce's Women's Professional Network for the second session of its three-part Safety Series on Tuesday, August 22nd at Girls Gone Buff!
Session Two will focus on defense drills that include ways to quickly escape choke holds and hand grabs. Come learn personal self-defense from an incredible instructor, Rose Ayyad. Rose is a third-degree black belt and a certified martial arts instructor.
