St. Bernard Chamber hosts Successful 11th Annual Tour da Parish Bike Ride

ST. BERNARD, LA (November 5, 2025) — The St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce is proud to celebrate the success of the 11th Annual Tour Da Parish Bike Ride, held on Saturday, October 25, 2025. This year’s event brought together more than 400 cyclists from across the globe to experience the rich history, small-town hospitality, and stunning natural beauty of Historic St. Bernard Parish.

Riders gathered at the Los Isleños Cultural and Heritage Site on Bayou Road for registration, gear prep, and a light breakfast before taking off at 7:15 AM on one of four course options—10 miles, 15 miles, 30 miles, or 51 miles. The ride’s most iconic stretch takes cyclists all the way down to Delacroix, where the road quite literally ends at the “End of the World.” This one-of-a-kind photo stop, marked by the famous sign at St. Bernard’s edge, has become a rite of passage for riders, offering an unforgettable backdrop of open marsh, winding waterways, and wide southern skies.

Along the way, cyclists follow peaceful backroads lined with bald cypress trees, bayous, and swamps draped in Spanish moss. As the early morning sun reflected off the water, riders were treated to some of the most breathtaking views in the region, an experience that defines Tour Da Parish year after year. Hydration and fruit stations along the route were staffed by volunteers and sponsors, who provided refreshment throughout the routes.

After completing their rides, cyclists and supporters returned to Los Isleños for the beloved End of the World Finish Fest, a lively post-ride celebration featuring music, local food, and plenty of community spirit. Riders enjoyed jambalaya, fried fish, marinated oysters, fried shrimp, CheeWees, fruit, and refreshing drinks, along with plein air artists, free photo prints, and giveaways from local organizations. Pre-registered riders were also able to take home a T-shirt and swag bag which includes this year’s iron-on patch, sticker, and other goodies provided by sponsors.

“It’s great to be back home for Tour Da Parish this year and even better to come back as an event sponsor,” said Dustin Drewes from Deviate Physiotherapy & Performance. “Tour Da Parish is easily one of the best cycling events in our area. What other event has your ride photos printed out for you to take home for free by the time you get back to the finish? Am I partial because I’m from St. Bernard? Maybe... but Tour Da Parish is fun, well organized, and universally supported and embraced by the community. You must put this one on your calendar!”

Tour Da Parish has grown into one of Louisiana’s most scenic and community-driven cycling events bringing visitors to St. Bernard Parish from across the nation and beyond. More than just a ride, it’s a celebration of the Parish’s beauty, resilience, and welcoming spirit.
